Archimedes was conceived of by Daedelus in collaboration with Emmanuel Biard and David Leonard. Version 3 of the robotic mirror array/kinetic structure was designed and fabricated by David Leonard in Manchester, U.K. For the occasion of Brainfeeder's release of The Light Brigade, Mike Harrison and Laskfar Vortok were trained in its construction and operation for the US tour schedule, which included dates in Chicago IL, Los Angeles CA, Pomona CA, Denver CO, Allston MA, Brooklyn NY, Atlanta, GA, and San Francisco CA.
This production is a collaboration between The Teaching Machine and Daedelus.
